This is a varied and quick paced working environment with a collaborative and highly supportive team. Your role will be pivotal to the organisation as you drive necessary processes and ensure all administration to delivered promptly and accurately.
Responsibilities:
Using HR information systems to access, input and compile data
Monitoring key HR recruitment metrics, such as turnover and retention rates
Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes
Reviewing and updating job descriptions
Assisting with developing recruitment campaigns e.g. advertising
Researching and recommending initiatives to improve the HR Department’s implementation of its people strategy
Monitoring, reviewing, and updating all HR policies, ensuring they are in line with legislation
Assisting in organising employer branding initiatives
Assist the Payroll and Benefits HR Executive and Director of HR with the administration of the monthly payroll process for all employees
Ideally, candidates will have CIPD Level 3 or 5 and will also have knowledge of SAGE payroll. In addition to this, you will also need to demonstrate outstanding administrative and organisational skills along with strong communication and relationship building capabilities.

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
Hours: Full time – Monday – Friday
