Now Hiring: Administrator, Client Support Services
Key Accountabilities:

The Administrator is required to perform a range of duties including, but not limited to:
-
Department administration and support
-
Efficient use of Word Processing, Excel, and Database software work with the printing team
-
Coordinate printing projects and ensuring deadlines are met
-
Provide printing estimates
-
Prepare mailing confirmations, affidavits or statutory declarations
-
Update and maintain internal databases while ensuring a high level of accuracy
-
Provide administrative support to management, relationship managers and other staff in the department
-
Maintain and track various reports relevant to weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly analysis
-
Create proxy files in database
-
Track and perform document management tasks
-

Flexibility with working overtime when required.
Must Have Skills:
-
Minimum 1 year experience in the corporate/commercial or securities industry, preferred.

Minimum 1 year experience in a highly administrative role within a faced-paced corporate environment

Excellent working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Gmail/Google
-
Experience with Database Management
-
Expert problem solving skills, combined with a can-do attitude
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have(s):

Printing / Proxy / Transfer Agent experience is an asset
