As our Resourcing Ninja, you’ll identify, attract, and engage top-notch candidates to meet our business briefs and requirements. You’ll excel at researching clients, mapping potential candidates, and conducting initial screening calls so you can showcase candidate USPs to our team. We use JobAdder, LinkedIn and are getting to grips with AI – so any experience in these areas would be fab.

You’ll provide exceptional support to our internal delivery functions, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates. Compliance checks, professional service, and accurate database management are just a few of the skills you’ll master. You’ll stay ahead of market rates and conditions, continuously improving your expertise.

Managing the candidate journey is your forte. You’ll proactively track career paths, service existing candidates (both passive and active), and build hot candidate lists in strategically important areas. With your finger on the pulse, you’ll identify high-demand skills and continuously gather names of top talent.
