TLX Hiring for Contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Remote) Job at Indianapolis, IN Full Time

TalentLogistiX is seeking a talented high-volume Contract Sourcer and this is a REMOTE position.

We are looking for an experienced Contract Sourcer with sourcing experience who will collaborate with a dedicated Contract Senior Recruiter and our internal Recruitment team to be successful in filling a designated group of open positions.

Responsibilities

· Generate list creation for sourcing candidates

· Provide research on potential job candidates

· Work closely and be able to effectively communicate with your dedicated Contract Recruiter

· Provide analytical and well documented sourcing reports to the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

· Proven work as a Sourcer or high-volume Recruiter for at least 5 years.

· Excellent organizational skills

· Must have high-speed internet connectivity that allows for effective remote work

· Agency experience a plus

This position is an ongoing contract position with competitive per hire compensation. The Contract has the ability to become permanent based on performance.
