Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives and aid in the creation of business strategies and operating models
• Assess business problems, identify process improvement opportunities, and assist in proposing innovative solutions and process design
• Perform commercial and financial analysis and modeling for project viability and business value case development
• Monitor, analyze, and utilize data
• Participate in the design and implementations of projects
• Provide business requirements and operational viewpoints to our technology group to aid in the development and configuration of digital products
• Build and facilitate strong stakeholder management to help drive business strategy and solution delivery
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment, work cross-functionally, and collaborate with diverse team members and stakeholders
• Ability to travel to international projects

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, operations management, or related discipline
• 1-3 years’ experience in consulting, strategy, or operations management
• Basic understanding of business process engineering, business modeling concepts and analysis
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a problem-solving environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that will allow for collaboration with both international and cross-functional teams
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and requirements effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to learn and assist in cultivating a learning environment
• Demonstrates an innovative mindset with a focus on new ideas for value creation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Energy Industry
• Experience in Energy Transition
• Knowledge of change management
• Knowledge of finance and cost modeling
• Experience with advance excel modeling
• Strong presentation skills
• Working understanding of agile concepts or product development cycles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
