Corporate Administrator
Reporting to the VP, Corporate Human Resources, Administration & Communications, the Corporate Administrator is responsible for providing customer and client support services to the public and TIC stakeholders, and general administration/travel coordinator services to the TIC staff and management.
Responsibilities:
Mandate the front desk/answer the phone/direct incoming calls/respond to inquiries;
Travel credit card reconciliation;
Coordinate boardroom rentals/booking and meeting requirements;
Receive/sort incoming mail and parcel deliveries;
Order and maintain corporate office supply inventory;
Make travel/hotel bookings;
Other administrative support duties as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma;
Other related administration courses considered an asset;
Minimum 2 years’ related reception and administration experience;
Excellent interpersonal/customer service/communication skills (written and verbal);
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
Ability to maintain a professional standard of conduct and sound work ethics;
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills;
Ability to take initiative and to work independently;
Strong computer skills including internet (travel bookings) and the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, Outlook);
Experience working in a multi-cultural diverse environment demonstrating culture awareness and sensitivity;
Ability to speak and understand the Tlicho Language is a requirement.
