We welcome vibrant full-time Medical Receptionist to join our dedicated General Practice team in Geelong.
The Medical Receptionist is the face of our General Practice and responsible for welcoming patients and visitors in an engaging manner, answering phone calls and attending to enquiries.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage all administration functions
- Ensure timely planning and appointment scheduling of patients
- Respond to all pathology, specialist and doctor requests
- Prepare invoices for medical s and private billing
- Support Managers and other General Practice staff
