TKO Evolution Apparel, Inc. Hiring for DESIGNER – Men’s Bottoms at New York, New York Full Time

TKO Evolution Apparel Inc., a dynamic and growing apparel company has an immediate opening for a Menswear Designer, to support the growth of our Men’s bottoms division.  Our brands include English Laundry, Weatherproof, Copper & Oak and American Republic. 

Overview – We are looking for a highly motivated, detailed-oriented Senior Designer to build our brand vision, develop concepts, and to execute the design of our Collections.

Responsibilities:

• Research new trends and inspirations to create seasonal silhouettes based on customer needs

• Create design concepts and board presentation for each season and set up working meetings with Design Director 

• Illustrate via flat sketches and on figures to present to cross-functional partners

• Manage the complete technical package process; partner with technical design to issue and communicate all necessary information

• Ensure timely development of the lines by adhering to time and action calendar

• Create and upkeep seasonal development line-sheet

• Attend all fittings and review proto samples 

• Collaborate with the merchandising and production teams to meet price points

Requirements:

• Must have minimum 5+ year design experience in Men’s woven product

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design

• Strong understanding of garment construction and fit

• Proficient skill set in Excel, Illustrator, Photoshop, Teams 

• Advanced knowledge of fabric and washes

• Ability to adjust to changing work demands in partnership with merchandising, production, and sales

• Highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented 

This position will work out of TKO’s New York office.
