TJX have launched an online recruitment and on-boarding module through the Success Factors platform across Region 1 (UK, ROI & Netherlands). This system within TJX is branded as TMS (Talent Management system). To support our recruitment process across the business we have recently launched a newly formed team to guide managers through the online process and support with any queries. We are now looking to expand this team as we look forward to peak 2022.

The team:

This role will sit within our Region 1 HR Service Centre team who provide support on the complete employee life cycle to over 460 stores and 18,500 associates.

We are the first point of contact in HR for TMS Support and receive a high volume of calls and emails daily with the aim to deliver an exceptional service to support in the onboarding cycle for our new associates. Supporting managers with compliance and onboarding on a daily basis.

The role:

• Our phone lines will be open from 9am to 5pm and receive a high number of calls throughout the day.
• To deliver guidance and support to managers via phone and email on the TMS system encouraging them to be self-sufficient.
• View reports to highlight and identify discrepancies and issues and work with your manager to resolve these in a timely fashion.
• Contribute to suggestions to improve the service and look for opportunities to provide materials to managers to support them through the process.
• Full training will be received on the TMS and Oracle systems, with the support of the rest of the team and the HR Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact supporting managers on the TMS EUHC system.
• Be responsible for the TMS phone line by monitoring call wait times, and providing a great service to all callers.
• Log frequent TMS issues to support with future training and system and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with your manager to make recommendations.
• Remain up to date with TMS training/updates in the system, as this is evolving.
• Support your manager with day to day activities as required, this includes working with TA and internal teams.
• In the HRSC, being a point person for all HR queries from stakeholders across all levels of our TJX business.

• Ability to challenge tactfully where appropriate.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining the customer service standards at all times.
• Ability to spot patterns and identify where there is an opportunity for improvement.
• Comfortable with working to a change of priorities at short notice.
• Able to work to tight deadlines and change of directions as set by your line manager.
