The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.

The Logistics Analyst will participate in diverse and exciting projects across the end-to-end supply chain that combine operations research, optimization, and simulation. The Logistics Analysts will identify efficiency opportunities, provide analytical expertise, and support data driven decision making throughout the Logistics organization.

They will tackle sophisticated problems through model building, scenario planning, and business case development in partnership with key partners. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing creative and structured analyses to identify performance improvement opportunities and the ability to communicate those findings clearly across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the TJX existing logistics footprint, inclusive of facilities, carriers, and product flow.
• Support network analysis: assess business plans and needs to determine required changes (e.g., new facilities, facility relocation, or capacity constraints).
• Partner closely with Logistics teams to help support daily operational execution of projects and initiatives.
• Review and validate data, build, and validate models, run scenarios, and assist in business case preparation.
• Query and format data for team members’ requests for information.
• Determine, track, and contextualize benefits realization and initiative performance.
• Build and Handle Purchase Orders for Logistics Spend
• Invoice review and reconciliation

Who We Are Looking For: You.

• 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain planning and design, Operations, or Analytics; Bachelor’s Degree, in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Finance.
• Proficiency in Excel vital
• Technology tools experience including but not limited to: PowerPoint SQL, Access, PowerBI, Tableau, and TMS tools.
• Experience in Finance or related field a plus.
• Fundamental analytical skills for assessing sophisticated data, demand forecasting, network modeling, and principles of optimization which includes network optimization, inventory optimization, product flow analysis, operations planning.
• Oracle Experience is a plus
