JOB DESCRIPTION

The Jr. CRM Administrator will assist with the ongoing development of our Salesforce environment. The candidate will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to help identify, develop and deploy new business processes. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. The Jr. Administrator will be responsible for the executing of day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• User support of Salesforce custom objects, workflows, s, custom settings, etc.
• User administration and provisioning
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM support issues.
• Ability to assist in integrating technologies and third-party products.
• Rapid learning ability in regard to new knowledge and skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business or information systems or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, excellent Excel skills.
• Solid analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to translate technical information into a non-technical representation.
• Excellent communications skills (written and verbal).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
