Titan Recruitment Limited Hiring for Talent Acquisition Manager Job at Walsall, England Full Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Manager join our business. The role will be overseeing the full-cycle of recruiting internal staff for our multi branch recruitment agency with locations across the Midlands and a 2 year plan for business expansion. The successful applicant will have good experience in recruiting different types of roles. In-house experience would be a plus but not necessity.

Talent Acquisition responsibilities include:

· Sourcing candidates through various channels

· Planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events.

· To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term trusting relationships with stakeholders and candidates to successful deliver potential hires.

· You will need to create a strong talent pipeline for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

Job Responsibilities

· Coordinating with management to identify staffing needs

· Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)

· Plan interview and selection procedures, including; screening calls and face to face interviews

· Assist with the Re-Design of job descriptions that can attract external talent

· Assist with branding initiatives

· Assist with the organisation and attendance of future job fairs and recruitment events to attract fresh talent to our business

The successful applicant will have strong communication skills and the confidence with making calls and dealing with stakeholders. You will be a team player and work together to achieve goals

This position would involve an initial office based training programme but would then be flexible with work from home.

At Titan Recruitment we are passionate about our staff and this role would be key to engaging with the types of staff we would want to employ. You would be the first line of the candidate attraction process and the role will be key to the growth of the business in the coming months/years.

Previous recruitment experience is necessary. In-house recruitment experience would be advantageous.
