As a leader in the Healthcare Staffing Industry, Titan Medical Group is currently looking for energetic, motivated, Omaha-based individuals to join our team of Healthcare Recruiters.

One 1+ year(s) experience recruiting OR outbound sales. If you’re looking for an industry change and you do not have recruitment or outbound sales experience applicants with great job history and successful past performance, will be considered. Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus but not required. This is phone-based healthcare recruiting opportunity, located in Omaha, NE

Requirements of the Healthcare Recruiter

· Recruiting or 1- year outbound sales experience required

· Excellent communication skills

· Strong decision-making skills

· Outstanding organizational ability

· Technology savvy

· Reliable with an excellent work history

· Positive attitude

· Must be able to work independently or in a team environment

Base salary plus uncapped commission program

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $106,999.00 per year
