Accounting Assistant

As a leader in the Healthcare Staffing Industry. Titan Medical Group is currently looking for an energetic, motivated, Omaha-based individual to join our Team as an Accounting Assistant.

Job Description

· Assist Finance Division by cash posting, accounts payable, and journal entries into QuickBooks.

· Must have QuickBooks experience.

· Provides back-up of other accounting functions when necessary.

· Other duties assigned, as needed.

Skills

· Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and QuickBooks.

· Excellent attention to detail required

· Time management skills, prioritizing, and organization skills needed to meet strict deadlines.

· Able to maintain confidential information.

· Must be good with numbers and basic math skills.

· Great customer service and communication skills required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.55 – $19.23 per hour
