Showing Commitment to Excellence: Manage a friendly and professional Parts team that gets the right parts to our customers quickly, and knows how to find a part even if it’s not in stock at their dealership.
Being Safe: Be a role model of personal safety, and show a focus on always keeping yourself and your team members safe.
Qualifications:

- Have 2+ years of related experience OR related education/training (degree, certificate, military, etc)
- Are motivated to lead a team in a fast-paced work environment
- Enjoy spending time on a computer, and working with spreadsheets and computer programs
- Love to work with customers face-to-face
