Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary:
Source candidates through various channels, plan interview and selection procedures, and host career events. Develop recruiting strategies and nurture relationships with potential hires. Work with hiring managers to understand the recruitment needs and selection criteria. Use technology and social media, as well as job fairs to locate, screen, and interview candidates.
