Tipalti Hiring for HR Partner at London Full Time

Following Tipalti’s incredible growth and the company’s recent $270m funding and $8.3bn valuation, Tipalti is going global!
Having launched in the UK at the end of 2021, we will be over 100 people by the end of 2022 and will also begin to grow our team across Europe.
We are now seeking our first HR Partner to join our fast growing business. We are looking for an emotionally intelligent, driven and passionate HR professional who wants to be part of a collaborative team.
HR plays a pivotal role by enhancing employee engagement and growth, attracting, developing and retaining talented people. HR also develops programs that add value to Tipalti and analyzes and shares insightful data to support decision making.
The primary objective of this role is to be a partner to various business leaders within our UK office. You will partner with the global HR team to execute and drive continuous improvements in our HR programs, support and advise groups on the design and implementation of HR initiatives, as aligned with the needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Build long-term relationships with employees and leaders as a trusted advisor
• Identify, integrate and deliver effective HR services such as talent management and development, organizational design and effectiveness, change management, coaching and employee engagement actions
• Serve as an ambassador of talent management and provide development coaching to leaders
• Advise and counsel business leaders regarding all people matters such as compensation, promotion and career progression including effects on organizational design
• Promote and develop Tipalti’s culture and ensure Tipalti’s values are thoroughly embedded across all parts of the business
• Collaborate with the Global HRBP & HR Operations teams on various programs: implementation of people projects and policies, procedures and process improvements
• Analyze data and effectively organize and present findings to drive our data-backed HR strategy. Draw analysis-based conclusions and collaborate on innovative solutions

Requirements:

• HR experience providing consultative business partnering in core HR functions such as organizational development, employee relations, talent management, total rewards and diversity, equity & inclusion
• Ability to understand business goals and recommend approaches to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the company
• Project management skills – will have the ability to balance multiple time-sensitive deliverables and effectively prioritize, organize and manage time
• Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, possessing excellent communication and operational instincts and sound business judgment
• Excellent data analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to articulate complex ideas in simple terms
• Experience in various HR systems and new technology, including HRIS, engagement survey tools, Google Suite and/or MS Office Suite
• A people person with energy and a smile;), empathetic, patient and a ‘total’ team player
