Having launched in the UK at the end of 2021, we will be over 100 people by the end of 2022 and will also begin to grow our team across Europe.
We are now seeking our first HR Partner to join our fast growing business. We are looking for an emotionally intelligent, driven and passionate HR professional who wants to be part of a collaborative team.
HR plays a pivotal role by enhancing employee engagement and growth, attracting, developing and retaining talented people. HR also develops programs that add value to Tipalti and analyzes and shares insightful data to support decision making.
The primary objective of this role is to be a partner to various business leaders within our UK office. You will partner with the global HR team to execute and drive continuous improvements in our HR programs, support and advise groups on the design and implementation of HR initiatives, as aligned with the needs of the business.
