We’re looking for our first Talent Acquisition partner for our GTM roles ,As our TA you will impact and help achieve the company’s growth plan at our London office . As part of a global TA team, you also will manage the hiring process while working closely with our stakeholders and leaders and manage different projects .
Responsibilities

• E2E ownership managing our GTM hiring process (Sales, Marketing, CSM ,Operations, etc…)
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders – building best practice for hiring together !
• Build and maintain our candidate experience
• Working on different hiring profiles ,tools and methodologies
• Live and breathe social media – using various tools to create brand awareness and attract passive & active candidates
• Love Data ! looking into data and having better insight how to make things better

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an in-house talent acquisition recruiting for GTM Roles
• Proven experience managing E2E hiring process
• Experience working with ATS (Greenhouse, Lever etc)
• Experience working in fast growth Startup Company
• Experience utilizing social media platforms (LI, FB,Instagram, etc…)
• Sourcing & Building prospect pipelines
• Experience conducting Behavioral Interviews – Big advantage !
• Managing different projects such as , referral programs, D&I
• A Team player
