Job scope

Tingdene Parks Limited, a member of the Wellingborough based Tingdene Group, is a niche but nationally prominent developer and operator of residential park home estates. With a growing portfolio of established, expanding, and new or prospective parks; and sister companies active in allied lifestyle sectors focused upon marina and holiday lodge development, the company has identified a need for a new member of staff to join our HR team.

Main Responsibilities

• Assisting with recruitment, including amending adverts and managing posting locations
• Starter/leaver/change announcements
• Monitoring the HR inbox and acting as the 1st line to answer queries
• Assisting in arranging training, including in-house training
• Supporting in the management of the HR Hub
• Helping with projects

• HR administration tasks such as:
• Contracts and new starter packs
• Ensuring new starter paperwork is returned
• Change letters
• References and onboarding tasks including induction and probation
• Exit interviews
• Tidying and re-filing digital personnel files
• Assisting with notetaking during meetings

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

Salary: £8,580.00-£9,857.14 per year
