We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Live Chat Customer Representative. As a Live Chat Customer Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, answer their inquiries, and assist them in resolving any issues they may have. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through live chat.
• Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Assist customers in navigating our products or services and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and policies to address customer questions effectively.
• Document customer interactions and relevant information accurately in our systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Strive to meet or exceed performance targets, including response time, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.
• Continuously improve your knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries or concerns.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with live chat software or platforms.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $19.65-$22.96 per hour
