• Answering Calls and Emails: Promptly and professionally handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email. Provide clear, accurate information while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Issue Resolution: Efficiently identify customer issues and provide timely resolutions. This includes understanding the nuances of the title and mortgage industry to offer informed and precise responses.
• Escalating Complex Queries: Recognize when issues are beyond the scope of the customer service role and require specialist attention. Forward these issues to the appropriate team member or department while ensuring a seamless transition and communication.
• Industry Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry practices, regulations, and trends in the title and mortgage sector. Use this knowledge to assist customers effectively and to contribute to the ongoing improvement of our services.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our system. Ensure all customer data is handled confidentially and in compliance with data protection laws.

Requirements:

• Industry Experience: Proven experience in the title or mortgage industry is highly preferred. Candidates with a strong understanding of real estate processes and terminology will be given priority.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex queries and situations with tact and professionalism.
• Customer Focus: A strong commitment to customer service excellence, with an empathetic and patient approach to handling customer concerns.
• Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with using software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
• *Title/Escrow Experience: is not required but is a plus.
