Times Education is an organisation managing 6 Colleges across Sydney and Brisbane, in VET, Higher Education, and ELICOS with a focus on domestic and international students.

Times Education is looking for 3 Student Recruitment Managers:

x1 Thailand Manager

x1 South American Manager (Portuguese / Spanish)

x1 China

The overall purpose of the successful candidates are to not only increase the volume, quality and diversity of students in our Colleges.

As a Student Recruitment Manager, you will spend the majority of your time in the field with the Marketing Manager developing and cultivating prospects, moving them through the sales process and closing the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop trust and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels in relation to your delegated market region
• Proposing, presenting and engaging in onshore and offshore promotional sales and marketing activities
• Achieve set targets in the student recruitment function
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational agents and contracts
• Manage CRM system
• Brand Ambassador

Key Selection Criteria:

• You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role at an RTO college, you a responsible of providing significant contribution to international student recruitment in a VET/CRICOS environment, including student visa regulations
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Must have a sales personality
• Well presented
• Dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic about marketing and meeting set objectives
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to work with diverse cultures
• Understanding of marketing automation, communications, e-marketing, public relations, branding, lead generation
