Job Title: Onboarding Specialist (Vendors)

Job Summary:

In this newly created role, your primary responsibility will be to foster relationships with our new vendors, by ensuring the optimization of new onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and foster the strength and growth of all assigned newly approved vendors throughout the onboarding process
• Scheduled and conduct outbound calls to newly approved vendors to set scheduled onboarding calls with key stakeholders within the vendor.
• Perform a full discovery call with new vendors to identify:
  • The vendors current sales process,
  • Collect key datapoints to help determine the most suitable leasing products for the vendor
  • Identify key contacts within the vendors organization that will require system training
  • Share the TPC Story
  • Communicate any additional required documents
  • Establish next steps and schedule follow up sessions as needed

(Meetings may be performed via the phone or video conferencing resources)

• Communicate the process and programs that will work best with the vendors industry, preferred sales process, and how they will benefit the vendor
• Conduct one-on-one vendor trainings as needed via webinar or occasionally onsite
• Establish application forecasts/goals
• Establish and maintain a working relationship with approved vendors, sales reps, training and the operations teams.

• Provide feedback and continuous recommendations on the onboarding process, scoring model, online tools, training material, recommended products and services.
• May require limited domestic travel
• Help facilitate and manage the vendors initial application volumes to ensure application processes are in place and being met
• Work with the vendor to determine and ensure proper program and pricing models are created and implemented
• Conduct daily and weekly follow up calls to stakeholders and day to day personnel to ensure adoption practices are being met and maintained
• Work closely with internal resources (operations, legal, credit, funding) to help execute on any areas of vendor set up and onboarding

Required Experience, Education, Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree or applicable relevant experience
• Minimum 3+ years of customer service or customer training experience
• Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team
• MS Office skills
• Experience conducting webinars or online remote training
• Exceptional problem solving and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Remote WFH experience
