TIM HORTONS is Looking For Repair & Maintenance Technician at Vancouver, BC Full Time

Our Tim Hortons is growing in the BC region and we are looking to add an

EXPERIENCED and responsible individual to our team in the position of maintenance technician.

Qualifications:

· Must be familiar and have knowledge of restaurant equipment

· Strong troubleshooting skills preferred

· Must possess good communication skills both verbal and written

· Must be able to demonstrate multi-tasking skills

· Must be well organized and able to work with minimal supervision

· Must be able to use basic hand tools and power tools

· Must practice safe work habits (housekeeping, hazard identification)

· Must be willing to work all shifts; must be willing to change shifts with reasonable notice

· Maintain a valid drivers licence

Responsibilities

· Perform regular scheduled preventative maintenance on all equipment

· Maintain and repair HVAC systems

· Troubleshoot minor machine problems

· Replace and/or repair defective and worn parts

· Must ensure that work is performed in a timely manner and least disruptive to production – minimizes

downtime

· Must ensure that work is organized in a manner to ensure employee safety is not compromised

· Must be able to complete a variety of renovation tasks (ie, drywall, painting, minor carpentry and

masonry work)

· Able to perform minor plumbing maintenance

· Able to perform minor electrical maintenance

· Able to perform power washing of buildings, sidewalks etc.

· Has on call responsibility to respond to off-hours emergencies (when needed)

· Miscellaneous duties as required

Experience:

• Espresso Machine/Coffee Machines: 2 years (Preferred)

• Compressors/Condensers: 2 years (Preferred)

• Refrigeration : 4 years (Preferred)

• Repairs: 1 year (Preferred)

• Air Condition: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
