We have an immediate opening for an Accounting/Car Deal Processor. We are growing and we need to get someone trained before the crazy, busy summer months. This position is Car Deal specific. Compliance and posting of car deals in the GL. This position will take a person that has great attention to detail, and we would LOVE someone with dealership and Dealertrack (DMS Software) experience, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude!

Responsibilities:

• Perform compliance on all incoming car deals
• Post Car Deals in the General Ledger
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Open communication with Finance Managers to ensure efficient processes (Life is about relationships!).
• Following up on missing items

Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines is a MUST
• Strong work ethic and ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• General knowledge of dealership procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $59,863.00 per year
