Tile Warehouse, Inc Hiring for Bookkeeper, Inventory, Logistics at Kailua-Kona, HI Full Time

We are looking for a candidate with experience using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, QuickBooks Enterprise, Microsoft Office, MacOS, and Windows. The primary tasks are to assist with a/p, a/r, inventory, shipment tracking, purchasing, reconciliations, and general accounting office tasks.

Work with the controller and review her work:

– Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting best practices.

– Basic understanding of freight.

– Assist with purchasing and a/p functions.

– Maintain sales records, data entry, review data entries.

– Work with sales leads, warehouse leads, warehouse workers, salespeople to coordinate and track purchases and shipments.

– Analyze and correct credit card entries. Classification of expenses needs to be reviewed for accuracy and appropriateness.

– Accounts Payable and Receivable within QuickBooks Enterprise and future operations within BC need to be configured initially to easily create s. Extended follow-up and review will be needed.

– Gain proficiency with controller and inventory personnel in managing inventory system.

– Analyzing trends and projecting, forecasting cash flow, future budget.

The position is open immediately at our Kailua-Kona location. The starting pay is a placeholder and compensation is negotiable depending on experience, skillset, and qualifications. We are an equal opportunity employer.
