The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for our various business demands. You will support TikTok’s global creative, marketing, design, and other core business teams to develop tailored recruiting strategies. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts D&I best practices, and partner closely with colleagues and key stakeholders through the hiring journey. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven, hungry to learn, gets excited to take on new challenges, and is a champion for diversity.
1. Manage sourcing strategy for key talent at all levels.
2. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency.
3. Support various hiring projects and strategize sourcing talent pipeline (via LinkedIn, Facebook, and alternative search techniques).
4. Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both the technical or business skills as well as the culture fit with the TikTok environment.
1. Minimum 1-3 years of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment).
2.Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
4. Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other social media, or technical forums.
