As a member of the Global HR4HR team, your role in Talent Acquisition has a profound impact on a mission critical aspect of the organization’s development. Your work in HR4HR will leave a deep and lasting footprint as you help build a best-in-class HR function for the world’s next elite Internet company.
1. As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you’ll be a part of the Global HR4HR team. We promote candor, collaboration, and transparency as our fundamental ways of working.
2. You’ll cooperate with the EMEA recruiting team to meet team goals by applying creativity and innovation to uncovering the best talent to join TikTok.
3. Pool qualified candidates through various online and offline channels including job boards, internal databases, forums, social sites, and professional networks, as well discover and nurture new tools or platforms to diversify our channel mix.
4. In order to perform successfully, you need to be a detail-oriented team player who is adept at juggling many tasks at once. You’ll support the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, data reporting and analytics.
5. Use data together with excellent presentation skills to provide insights that will influence stakeholders and drive better-recruiting outcomes.
6. Join or lead HR projects, and help develop the sourcer operating model regionally and with global peers.
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher; a focus in Human Resources, Management, or Business is advantageous
2. At least 1-year of experience working in Talent Acquisition, some agency experience is preferred.
3. Must have strong communication skills in both written and oral English language.
4. Strong technical skills, advanced proficiency in MS Office and fast learning agility with other online tools and platforms.
5. Good time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, often across different time zones.
