TikTok Hiring for Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist – London Job at London, England Full Time

The Global Talent Acquisition Operations (TAO) team is seeking a skilled professional who can help scale the TA team’s capabilities including policy and process improvement as well as enablement projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving operational excellence and process optimisation. This is a full-time position and the ideal candidate will be based in London.

Responsibilities:

• Own all administrative tasks and project management activities like tracking project milestones and coordinating cross-regionally with members of the Talent Acquisition team.
• Ensure key recruiting operational activities are completed in a timely manner.
• Create enablement materials that support policy and process projects.
• Collaborate with members of the Talent Acquisition Operations team, recruiters and cross-regional teams to support project deliverables.
• Support the delivery of training programmes regionally and globally.
• Take innovative approaches to process improvement projects and change management initiatives.
• Minimum 2 years of project experience in Recruiting, Recruiting Operations, or HR consulting.
• Experience in supporting regional or global recruitment projects.
• Keen attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solution-oriented self-starter who works with a sense of urgency.
• PMO experience is preferable.
