Global TA Ops (TAO) team is committed to continuously improving our recruitment process, policies and tools, and achieving the optimization of recruitment efficiency and quality through innovation and technology. We build strategies and scalable talent programs and enhance the recruiting effectiveness with data driven insights.

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Operations team is seeking a Recruiting Program Partner who is committed to building efficiency and effectiveness. In this critical role, you will be accountable to assist on operational processes and programs such as background check processing, with the ability to balance project work. You are passionate about improving operational excellence, work with a sense of urgency, and have a high bar of being detail-oriented. The ideal candidate is a solution-oriented self-starter, who works with a sense of urgency. This is a full-time position open to candidates in London.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end global recruiting operations, including but not limited to surveys, templates, forms, audits, tool management, and recruiting workflows (JD approval, background checks, referral ops, etc);
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously with timely, accurate, and professional result delivery;
• Address tier 1 escalations from recruiting stakeholders and/or candidates, including HR system support;
• Coordinate complex escalations with cross-functional stakeholders from employment legal, HR compliance, and other necessary teams;
• Conduct regular data and process audits to ensure data quality and identify areas for process improvement;
• Assist with creating process documentation and other project tasks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in recruiting operations/projects, focused on day-to-day recruiting ops efficiency and process improvements and candidate pre-boarding administration;
• Some knowledge of legal requirements and procedures in HR functions;
• Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements;
• Strong in execution and operational rigor, attention to detail, and accuracy;
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive/urgent situations by using sound judgment, care, and cross-cultural sensitivity; positive attitude in challenging situations;
• Ability to work successfully in a high volume and fast-paced environment; adapts to shifting priorities;
• Administrative skills in developing process documentation, playbooks, training aids, presentation, and templates (experience or interest in creative video, design and/or data analysis).
