The Talent Acquisition Operation Team (TAO) are responsible for driving operational effectiveness to enable strategic talent acquisition. The team manage group-wide talent acquisition strategy and planning, policy and process definition and maintenance, talent acquisition technical optimization and recruiting enablement to deliver thousands of employees across the globe with a focus on candidate experience and diverse talent pipelines.

The Talent Acquisition Operations team is seeking a Regional Recruiting Operation Lead who will oversee EMEA recruiting operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving recruiting operational excellence and leading change at scale through optimization. This is a full-time position based in London.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee regional TA Operations across multiple working pillars, including but not limited to Policy & Process, Enablement, Data & Tools, etc.
• Develop and grow existing team
• Work directly with HR & TA leadership to determine priorities and drive related programs and initiatives (Eg. onboarding, candidate experience, referral programs, etc).
• Manage multiple concurrent and often complex projects effectively, both independently and collaboratively with regional cross-functional partners. Ensure projects have clearly established priorities, execution plans, and milestones.
• Design communications and change management that scale across the recruiting organization, and communicate regularly on the status and progress of the programs.
• Develop recruiting insights to use data to build forward-thinking analytics to advise strategic decision making; review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve recruiting productivity efforts.
• Identify creative ways to support a best-in-class candidate experience and interview processes across all points of the candidate lifecycle.
• Stay up to date with market recruiting best practices, understand developments in recruiting technology, operating model, etc, and apply that knowledge to iterate processes for operational efficiency.
• Minimum 10 years in recruiting, including experience leading a recruiting team or recruiting operations. Experience working directly with recruiting teams.
• Experience in developing and implementing operational processes and capabilities to support successful scaling in a high-growth global organization;
• Strong program management skills and operational rigour, with the ability to translate vision into action;
• Excellent cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate ambiguities autonomously.
