About Our Team

The University Recruiting team plays an integral role in connecting the business with university students globally. We are responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to students showcasing TikTok’s people, culture & technology through events and programs to attract and recruit high potential students.

As a Campus Recruitment Intern, you will collaborate with campus recruiters to support our hiring efforts as we grow our organization across EMEA. You will also serve as an advocate for our company by providing high-quality candidate experience for other interns whilst they are with us for the Summer.

Within this role you will:
1. Organise event logistics with universities, students and third parties.

2. Collaborate with and support multiple recruiters who oversee tech and non-tech intern, graduate and MBA hiring in EMEA.

3. Source the best TikTok Swag!

4. Provide the best experience for our 2022 intern cohort.

5. Use social media to engage the intern cohort and prospective applicants, for example, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin.

6. Work to improve recruiting processes and efficiency.

7. Support our diversity and inclusion hiring strategy.

8. Gain awareness of the full employee lifecycle through supporting our HRBPs.

9. Responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of a diverse range of projects and learning events both online and offline.

10. Manage pre-program & post-program activities.

11. Assist and provide administration support.

• Available to work full time for 1 year
• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other social media, or technical forums.
