TikTok is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Trust and Safety (TnS) team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion.
The Role:
1. Partner with your assigned business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team.
2. Consult with line management and provide HR guidance when appropriate, incl. staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
3. Contact for managing complex employee investigations, grievances, disciplinary issues and provide coaching to business leaders on ways to manage each case.
4. Organise training and enablement for managers on performance management policies, tools and support ongoing coaching and support for day-to-day activity.
5. Coach and mentor business leaders to help build a strong community of leaders that will improve the development of the business.
6. Analyse people trends and metrics to enable data driven business decision making
7. Be the ambassador of TikTok organizational culture, plan, and implement organizational culture activities.
8. Plan and drive the recruitment process based on business requirements.
1. 3 – 5 years of HR generalist experience with specialized experience in Employee Relations
2. Degree or qualification in employment law or CIPD.
3. HR experience in E-commerce & technology industry will be an added advantage.
4. Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially 2-3 years of hands-on experience in employee relations and performance management.
5. Maintain in-depth knowledge of local compliance and labor laws.
6. High EQ and interpersonal skills.
7. Be self-motivated, diligent, responsive, responsible, accountable, and resilient
