Responsibilities

• Grow and develop an engineering team on a product domain.
• Working closely with product / operations and other teams to promote product iterations.
• Setting long-term technical / business goals and breaking them down into an executable roadmap.
• Facilitate close collaboration between cross-functional teams, balancing the pros and cons to ensure engineering delivery.
• Guiding technical solution design, helping team members grow and accumulate technical precipitation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
• Strong engineering background on one or more : large scale backend systems, frontend, iOS or Android.
• 2+ years on managing or 5+ on tech-leading a software engineering team.
• Experience of driving collaboration across cross functional teams on delivering shared goals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
