Responsibilities- Grow and develop an engineering team on a product domain.- Working closely with product / operations and other teams to promote product iterations.

• Setting long-term technical / business goals and breaking them down into an executable roadmap.- Facilitate close collaboration between cross-functional teams, balancing the pros and cons to ensure engineering delivery.
• Guiding technical solution design, helping team members grow and accumulate technical precipitation.
• Bachelor or higher degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.-Strong engineering background on one or more : large scale backend systems, frontend, iOS or Android.
• 2+ years on managing or 5+ on tech-leading a software engineering team.-Experience of driving collaboration across cross functional teams on delivering shared goals.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $224000 – $410000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.

Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses / incentives, and restricted stock units.
