Responsibilities : – Responsible for building up and managing the Global E-Commerce tech team in the US.- Lead the team to drive continuous improvements to engineering excellence and efficiency, leading research & development into key areas of optimizations for backend systems and services, including data security, systems architecture, and computational efficiency & scalability.

• Collaborate closely with product and data teams to evolve data-empowered capabilities in data visualization, operational analysis, intelligent diagnosis, product / strategy optimization, market intelligence, etc verticals.
• Align with product and org objectives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams on delivering key results.- Define long term technical roadmap for the team.
• Contribute to technical decisions on projects among the product.
• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions.- 5+ years managing a software engineering team, rich experience in managing a diverse team.
