TikTok Hiring for Accountant – Australia Job at Sydney Full Time

Responsibilities:
1. Monthly, quarterly and annual accounting work, including journal entry, monthly and quarterly closing, prepare P/L & Trail Balance & Balance Sheet, consolidation and reconciliation, make adjustments, draft FS, etc.;

2. Coordinate and assist in completing the annual audit for all entities in 2 regions and countries, as well as various special audits;

3. Developed and maintained relationships with local tax consultants, accounting firms and auditors;

4. Cooperate with the government, complete and submit the quarterly and annual financial data declaration of Statistics and other government departments, as well as the financial information declaration of all investment and related subsidiaries;

5. Assist the group to analyze financial risks and make financial adjustment plans in the process of new entity setting up and acquisition process;

6. Provide financial data according to the business needs of other departments;

7. Assist tax, treasury, FSSC and other finance departments in local work

Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• ACCA fully qualified/CPA part or fully qualified.
• Full set accounting experience is highly preferred.
• Current theoretical and practical knowledge of IFRS and its implications on reporting.
• Familiar with Australian/New Zealand financial regulations and financial declaration is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Experience with large ERP accounting and reporting system, Oracle and HFM preferred.
• Self-directed, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong and collaborative communicator
