My client is an international asset management firm, headquartered in London with a great reputation across Europe. They are looking for an enthusiastic Team Assistant to support 3 teams: Legal (Corporate), Legal (Executive) and HR.

Some of the key duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Diary management and call scheduling (across both London and Luxembourg)
  • Travel coordination including flights, transfers, itineraries and visas
  • Administration duties including expenses, invoices, budget monitoring, courier coordination, cover support for other assistants, weekly agendas and liaising with deal teams
