Role & Responsibilities:
Take lead on setting up the UK HR function, acting as first point of contact on all things HR related.
Overseeing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding lifecycle, and complex ER
Providing support, guidance, and advice to line managers within the business, on all HR and ER related matters, in a professional and timely manner
Implementing and updating company policies and procedures in line with changing UK legislation
As needed, support the wider team with implementing and maintaining the SMCR issues, compliance, record keeping and follow up
Tech savvy, with experience in using various HRIS
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience within a people role – must have start-up experience
Holding or undertaking a CIPD qualification (desirable)
Previous experience using Workday – super user preferred
Must be a self-starter with a strong passion for providing fantastic employee experiences through organised processes
Ability to organise and prioritise effectively
Have a strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able to communicate effectively across board.
