A prestigious and global media agency is looking to hire a new role within its HR team. This HR coordinator will be working with the HR ops and Talent team to assist with the creation of contracts for external hires and internal promotions too.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a unique HR Coordinator role with lots of exposure to stakeholders across the firm, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys developing relationships and the ability to work in a time-sensitive role! Typical duties include:

• Creating offer letters, contracts and starter packs for new candidates and internal promotions
• Being the first POC for any queries candidates may have with their contracts
• Assisting with any visa requirements during the onboarding process.
• Working with the legal team when contract terms need to be adjusted for special circumstances
• Create and produce reports to present to managers
• Ad-hoc HR duties to support the wider HR team when needed.

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will have a couple of years’ experience in a similar HR Coordinator role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time.

Essential requirements:

• Experience in an HR role
• Strong knowledge of employment contracts
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and stakeholder management
• Very confidential approach to work
• Efficient problem solver
• Good MS skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
