The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication and computer skills, and must be able to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced work environment. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required to perform off-site banking. Knowledge of PC Law software is an asset.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Answering and directing phone calls
Entering various types of file charges
Greeting and announcing clients
Monitoring emails and faxes
Sending and receiving couriers
Bilingualism is an asset but not required. This is an ideal position for someone who has strong interpersonal and organizational skills and welcomes the opportunity to work hard and have fun while doing so.
