BASIC FUNCTION
The primary role of the Talent Acquisition Leader is to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. Preforms full cycle recruiting and is comfortable working with candidates from entry level to Executive. Understands how to source quickly and creatively, provides an excellent candidate experience that exemplifies the company culture. Ability to negotiate total compensation packages and source top quality candidates. The Talent Acquisition Leader will disseminate recruitment programs throughout the organization through effective communication and the recruiting team.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
2. Ideally, 3 years of relevant, hands-on experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process and managing a team of recruiters.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation skills.
5. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
6. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
7. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
8. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
9. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
