The Position
As a Talent Sourcer at Tic: Toc, you’ll be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and engaging great talent to join our fast-growing teams.

In this key position within the People & Culture team (and within Tic:Toc), you’ll curiously find the best and the brightest talent across Australia, matching them to their dream jobs with us.

You’ll thrive on being a talent ambassador for Tic: Toc, being in the talent market by identifying and engaging with talent to join our teams whilst providing great experiences for your customers (our candidates). You will leverage your insights and data to continuously help Tic:Toc refine our employee value proposition / employer brand.

Here’s some of the other things you’ll do:

• Develop candidate pipelines across the business, ensuring we’re best prepared to support our scaling team’s growth.
• Communicate and engage with candidates through email, phone and video calls, utilising our range of candidate engagement tools.
• Screen profiles, resumes and interviewing technical and non-technical talent to assess suitability whilst guiding our hiring leaders on best recruitment practice.
• Think on your feet to develop innovative ways to create the best experiences and outcomes for our candidates, employees and stakeholders.
• Be the face of Tic:Toc, showcasing our Mission, Values and how we work to our internal and external talent market.
• With the help of our Talent Acquisition Manager, come up with innovative sourcing strategies to address talent/skills short areas.
• Demonstrate a passion for Tic;Toc as a scaling tech company and all the opportunities this brings.

What you’ll bring to us

• Experience and background in recruitment from agency/search firms would be highly desirable. This could also be your first in-house role, or you could grow your career with us.
• An ability to adapt from technical sourcing (Engineering, Data Science and Products) through to Corporate functions, Marketing and Communications, and Home Loans recruitment.
• Outstanding networking, relationship building and communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience with a range of talent acquisition and recruitment tools such as ATS tools (We use JobAdder), LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate nurturing tools.
• Understand and use Boolean Search techniques in LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search and similar talent attraction tools.
• Negotiation skills, being able to influence in a consultative way to develop the best outcomes for hiring leaders and candidates.
• Have drive, passion and enthusiasm to deliver a great candidate/employee experience to future Tockers.
• Excellent administration skills with high attention to detail.
