Your responsibilities

thyssenkrupp is seeking a Logistics coordinator for our Marietta, GA location. The shift will be determined by business as needed but the typical shift will be 7 : 00am-4 : 00pm Responsibilities include :

• Support the Operations Manager and DC team in daily management tasks and duties. Oversee the team and ensure synergy amongst teams and shifts.
• Capacity to perform customer facing activities including operations and assisting with business development interactions.
• Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behavior. Address customer concerns in reference to products, services rendered or employee interactions.
• Ability to take directives and goals and create results. Although autonomous in nature, the position is a part of a team and requires the individual to work with all departments and leaders to accomplish this.
• Execute and enforce plans and procedures to insure the safety of all employees and

visitors at our facilities. Ensure operations and equipment is in compliance to corporate guidelines and OSHA Standards.

Your profile

Required Qualifications :

• High school diploma or similar.
• 2+ years of proven leadership experience (logistics preferred).
• Excellent communication skills. Must be literate and have proper business acumen for oral / written forms of communication.

Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, other departments leaders, and thyssenkrupp customers / business partners.

Show strong ability using Microsoft Suite and other data entry software. Must demonstrate strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook software.
