thyssenkrupp is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Forrest City, AR location. Responsibilities include :

• Maintain communication with customers, management, staff, and vendors
• Maintain current processes put in place by managment and assist in new processes
• Execution of projects delegated around the facility, customers, and management
• Ensure operational activities remain on time and in order
• Ensure operational KPIs are met day to dau

Minimum Qualifications :

• 2+ Years of proven in expierence in supervison experience
• Knowledge of software applications in a distribution setting
• Familiar with warehouse and forklift operations
• Team orientated proven in operations
• Ability to learn new warehouse applications

Preferred Qualifications :

• BA degree in business administration, management, or logistics
• Ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook)
