Your Future Role

This role, based anywhere across Australia, will be responsible for the successful fulfillment of social and paid media campaigns to premium Thryv Agency clients.

This role is a Permanent Full-Time Position, reporting to the Infrastructure and DevOps Manager.

Your Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Manage client’s social and other paid media (display, video, paid search) marketing campaigns
• Development of innovative paid media strategies for clients and manage their implementation
• Develop strong professional relationships with Thryv Agency clients that cultivate trust in both Thryv Agency’s social media services but also in the wider agency offerings
• Co-ordinate the creation & publication of social content for Thryv Agency clients’ social media channels
• Setup, monitor and optimise paid advertising campaigns for Thryv Agency clients
• Manage day-to-day paid activities across multiple media platforms such as FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google. Including: campaign planning and implementation, budget management, and optimisation of client paid ad campaigns
• Prepare and distribute performance reports for clients and ensure they are high quality and provided within required timeframes

A Bit About You

• Tertiary qualification in relevant field
• Extensive experience running & optimising social advertising campaigns, focusing on generating ROI-driven results
• Background in creating social content calendars filled with creative & engaging social content
• 2–3-year experience working in social media and/or paid media such as paid search
• Any other experience with paid media such as Google Ads, Display and Video
• Graphic design skills & Photoshop/Illustrator experience
• Strong understanding & experience with Business Manager (Facebook)
• Excellent working knowledge of all major social media platforms with a primary focus on Facebook, Instagram, & LinkedIn
