We are a small team of 4, that focus on high impact, quality experiences that develop leaders, teams and cultures.

The Personal Assistant will play a pivotal role in managing various aspects of our small business support operations. This role encompasses responsibilities related to systems and process improvement, marketing, sales, administration, and client delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Â
1.    Marketing & Sales:
·      Proactively follow up with prospective clients through LinkedIn and phone calls.
·      Review and improve copywriting for social media posts, blogs, and website content.
·      Write or review blogs for SEO to drive website traffic.
·      Plan and manage content posting and scheduling.
·      Identify opportunities to improve positioning and profile.
·      Drive marketing and sales campaigns, including speaking engagements and podcasts.
·      Industry research for lead generation.
·      Follow up on new leads and manage proposals and engagement letters.
·      Maintain the CRM system.
·      Update the dashboard in Thought Leaders.

2.    Administration:
·      Efficiently manage Claire’s diary – handle booking, scheduling, and rescheduling tasks, including life admin and commitments.
·      Manage Claire’s mailbox including communications and client responses, and handle inbound queries from prospects.
·      Organize travel arrangements, schedule, book, coordinate, and manage invoices for travel reimbursement.
3.    Systems and Process Efficiency:
·      Drive improvements in internal systems and processes for enhanced efficiency.
·      Manage and lead internal projects.
·      Deliver ing (weekly and quarterly).
4.    Client Delivery & Experience:
·      Plan and coordinate events and programs.
·      Ensure a superior client experience through strong communication.
·      Provide physical support when required, such as taking photos during events.
