Contingent Recruiter

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of industries and clients with the ultimate goal of finding the ideal candidate based on skill, drive, culture fit, and experience.
What Expect as the Contingent Recruiter:
- Drive full-cycle recruiting for various industries and clients: proactively sources, engages, maintains, and closes a strong candidate pipeline for all open positions
- Partners with hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by role/team; prepares for and conducts intake meetings with proven knowledge of the talent landscape and maintains strong internal communication throughout the search
- Cultivates employee candidate referral relationships and process, ensuring high-touch communication, fairness, and positive outcomes
- Dynamically sources passive talent through sourcing tools and other creative methods, applying personal style to engage and win interest in our roles
- Ensures top-notch candidate experience and consistent communication, and positive employer brand throughout the cycle
- Continually partners with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and metrics
- Experienced in delivering Diversity & Inclusion into every step of the recruiting process
What we are looking for in a Contingent Recruiter:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- A minimum of eight (8) years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
- Experience recruiting in a variety of industries
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, start-up or agency experience preferred
- Proven track record of recruiting in top talent markets
- Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems
- Passion for recruiting with an innate ability to instill a passion for our company into all communications with candidates
- High energy, highly motivated, and self-directed
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and within a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Steadfast support of a diverse, equitable, and broad work environment where all ideas, people, and perspectives are seen, heard and valued
Compensation: 100% Commission
