On a typical work day at Thrive Health, you’ll be lending your skills cross-functionally across multiple teams, supporting on our many active & exciting projects, and expanding your knowledge on the intricacies of our healthcare system.
Responsibilities
Work with our customers to deploy and onboard solutions built on the Thrive Health platform
Build customizations and configurations to support the customer’s objectives. These may be low code / no code within the platform itself or custom built using our developer framework (built on NodeJS & React)
Responsible for recording, evaluating, monitoring, and prioritizing issue tracking
Setup integrations with various customer data sources via API, file exchange, SAML or other technologies. These may include single sign on, user provisioning, data import and data reporting
Build customer quality assurance testing reference documentation
Build reports and dashboards in our BI environment for customers to be able to interact with their data
Work with the Customer Success team to support overall customer delivery and satisfaction
Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of SaaS software deployment in enterprise IT environments
A working knowledge of development methodologies and ideally knowledge of NodeJS and React (or experience with Javascript)
An understanding of enterprise IT concepts such as identity providers, basic networking knowledge etc.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work and communicate directly with customer stakeholders
Nice to Haves
Knowledge of cloud computing technologies such as AWS or Azure
Experience in an implementation or professional services role
Experience with agile methodologies
Knowledge of data analytics and BI tools such as Tableau and PowerBi
Knowledge of the FHIR (HL7) data specification for Healthcare
