Thrive Early Learning Centres was established in 2016 and now has evolved to seven centres. All of our centres cater for 0-5 years old and are purpose built with generous outdoor play areas and interactive indoor facilities. Our Blakehurst centre is a 82 place centre with fantastic opportunities for growth and development for both educators and children.

Thrive has an exciting opportunity for a vibrant Diploma or Certificate III Educator to join our Thrive family based at our Blakehurst centre. This role offers you an opportunity to join a dynamic early learning group that is renowned for its passion and practice invested in their people.

Your role as a Diploma/Certificate III Educator:

• To build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
• Have a sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Provide assistance to other Educators in the room
• Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
• Maintain effective communication with parents
• Actively contribute to the educational program, observations and documentation, using Kinderm8 and informal opportunities to communicate regularly on your children’s progress and activities with their families

Successful candidate will have:

• Completed Diploma or Certificate III in Children services
• Current First Aid and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates
• Current working with children check
• The right to work in Australia
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
